Terms of Service
Last updated July 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Meeting Score ("Meeting Score," "we," "us") covering your use of the Meeting Score application and website at meetingscore.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Meeting Score connects to the calendar you link, analyzes your meetings, scores calendar health, and offers suggestions — including AI-generated agendas, reschedule options, and coaching. Suggestions are exactly that: suggestions. You decide what gets applied to your calendar, and you're responsible for the changes you approve.
Your account
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account and must keep that account secure. You must be at least 16 and authorized to connect any calendar you link — connect a work calendar only if your organization permits it. If you join or create a team workspace, your organization's administrators may manage seats and see workspace-level statistics as described in our Privacy Policy.
Calendar access
You grant Meeting Score permission to read the calendar you connect and, when you approve a specific change, to write that change back. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which stops syncing and revokes our access. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice ahead of your next renewal.
Acceptable use
- Don't connect calendars or data you don't have the right to connect.
- Don't probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or bypass its security.
- Don't resell or misrepresent the Service, or use it to break the law.
Intellectual property
Meeting Score owns the Service and its branding. Your calendar data remains yours; you give us the limited license needed to operate the features you use. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is." Scores and suggestions are informational and may be imperfect — verify anything consequential before acting on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeting Score is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions go to hello@meetingscore.com.
